Ivan Larkin ACABE MFPWS MPTS
Ivan is a practising party wall surveyor whose clients are home owners on both sides of the wall, mostly in London and the South East. He came to party wall work after more than 37 years in the building trade, including years as an NHBC and LABC registered builder of new homes.
That background matters. Most of the risk to a neighbour's home comes from how work is carried out on site, and Ivan has spent most of his career on site.
